THE BARN

AT BLACK WALNUT FARM

The barn is where things get festive. Built in 1891 and updated just enough to keep everyone comfortable (air conditioning and heating, naturally), it’s a space with good bones, good light, and excellent energy. It comfortably seats up to 100 for dinner and welcomes up to 150 standing— meaning it can feel intimate, lively, or somewhere delightfully in between. By day it’s warm and open; by night it shifts into full celebration mode: dinner, toasts, disco ball, dancing, the works.

Inside the Barn you’ll find unique spaces including the speakeasy-style mezzanine lounge, a Victorian-inspired parlor, a dedicated bar area, two restrooms, and a large open space for dancing, dining, and general revelry that we affectionately call ‘the dance hall’.
