Lodging & Weekend Access
This is where the weekend really comes to life. Imagine slow mornings with stunning nature views in the sun room, impromptu wine & cheese hangs on the patio, board games and late-night conversations by the fireplace.
Our historic farmhouse is warm, welcoming, and an experience all its own.
Our onsite lodging is designed for your inner circle — the core crew you want closest throughout the weekend. The rest of your guests stay nearby, giving everyone flexibility (we know Aunt Marsha wants to use her Marriott points!) while keeping the heart of the celebration anchored on the farm.

Three nights of onsite lodging in the historic 1747 farmhouse (Long Weekend Package)
Overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests in beautifully appointed bedrooms

For additional accommodations, couples have preferred access and a special rate for our sister property, Chestnut Hill Farm, located just six miles away— an ideal option for extending the weekend to even more family and friends. This stunning 1840s home sits on 53 acres, with design and hospitality by our team.

The Forest
A quiet clearing tucked among tall pines, with natural shade and a sense of privacy that feels intimate. We’ve surrounded the space with glowing antique lanterns hanging from the surrounding trees, and while we try not to lean on words like “magical,” this is one place where it truly fits.
The Wildflower Meadow
An open meadow with wrap-around views of the surrounding woods, centered around a Victorian-inspired wrought iron arbor and flanked by two sweeping willow trees. Seasonal wildflowers and tall grasses bring movement and life to the space, making it an open, serene, and joyful place to say ‘I Do’.
The Lawn
A classic setting framed by our historic 1891 barn. Polished without feeling formal, timeless without being stiff. A favorite for couples who want structure, flexibility, and easy flow into cocktail hour.
You’re welcome to use any ceremony site at no additional cost, and ceremony chairs are always included. No tiered packages. No “premium” locations. Just choose the one that makes your heart beat a little faster.

A firepit with all firewood provided
A dedicated fire attendant to keep the bonfire glowing all night
From golden-hour cocktails to late-night dancing, the lighting here is designed to evolve with the evening: romantic early, lively later, and absolutely dialed-in once the music hits.
And yes, everything sounds as good as it looks.
We have dedicated sound systems in the main barn, both outdoor cocktail hour areas and satellite bars, plus a portable, battery-operated system for our more remote ceremony sites. Whether you’re exchanging vows in the forest or dancing late into the night, sound carries clearly; no extra rentals required.

We’ve designed our bars and cocktail spaces to keep energy flowing, lines short, and guests circulating naturally throughout the night. No bottlenecks, just mingling, dancing, and one more round.

Choice of two outdoor satellite bars for cocktail hour: The Shed Bar on the Front Lawn, or Lily’s Bar on the Back Lawn

And yes, this is also where some of our favorite moments happen: spritz carts rolling out at just the right time, espresso martini stations appearing on the dance floor, and final pours shared around the bonfire once the music winds down.

Wedding Day Personal Hospitality
This is the part you don’t see, but you feel it all day long.
Real talk: you should actually feel like the guest of honor at your wedding, not the one managing it!
From the moment you start getting ready, to the last song on the dance floor, our team is quietly keeping everything moving, answering questions before they’re asked, and smoothing out the details so you don’t have to. You show up. We’ve got everything else.

A dedicated Wedding Day Attendant for dressing, bustling, touch-ups, and all-day personal support
A getting-ready breakfast for the wedding party
Venue Captains on-site to oversee flow, timing, and logistics
6–8 experienced Venue Associates supporting each event
Load-in and load-out assistance for vendors and personal items
Trash removal and post-event cleaning
Parking attendant, plus a golf cart and driver for guest transport
ADA-friendly access across primary event areas
Two permanent restrooms in the barn that are sufficient for most of our weddings; for celebrations over 100 guests, additional restrooms can be arranged as a simple package add-on to keep everyone comfortable.

Parking & Accessibility
We offer onsite guest parking, with a trained parking team managing arrival and departure so traffic flows smoothly and no one’s guessing where to go.
Vendor load-in and load-out is straightforward, with clear access points that keep setup and breakdown efficient and discreet. Our team will personally arrange each vendor’s arrival timing and details before the big day.
To support guest safety and ensure relaxed arrivals and departures, all weddings require guest transportation to and from the property, coordinated in advance. This is because ride share services are unreliable in the area, and we consider it part of our duty of care as your venue to make sure guests have reliable and safe transport to and from the farm. Most couples choose a shuttle service, though a private driver arrangement is also welcome if a traditional shuttle isn’t the right fit for your group.
Accessibility is thoughtfully integrated across the property, with ADA-friendly access to primary event spaces, including the barn, restrooms, and main gathering areas.
For guests who need a little extra support getting around, we also provide a golf cart and driver throughout the event.
