Our historic barn is warm, atmospheric, beautifully decorated for the season, and designed for the kind of party where people actually mingle. Start with cocktails and passed bites. Settle in for dinner. Make a speech. Put on the playlist. Take an unreasonable number of photo booth pictures. Dance.

We’ll take care of the setup, staffing, food, drinks, coats, parking, cleanup, and all the little things nobody wants to think about while holding an espresso martini.

You bring the people. We’ll make it merry.

Your Holiday Party, Already Dressed for the Occasion

No sad ballroom carpeting. No fluorescent conference-room lighting. And definitely no need to order 47 artificial poinsettias.

By December, the barn is already in its holiday finery: glowing string lights, chandeliers and sconces, greenery, seasonal décor, vintage furniture, and one enormous disco ball hanging above it all.

Our spaces include the main barn and dance floor, full-service bar, speakeasy lounge filled with antique and vintage furniture, and our Victorian-inspired parlor.

And yes: the barn is fully heated.

The venue accommodates up to 125 guests cocktail-style or 80 guests for a seated buffet, with parking for up to 100 cars.

Quietly Taking Care of Everything

A good host should be holding a drink, not rearranging chairs.

Your rental includes much more than the room itself. Our team helps set your floor plan, arranges tables and chairs, keeps the space tidy throughout the event, and handles cleanup and garbage afterward. There’s also an event coordinator, parking attendant, coat check, house sound, microphone, presentation screen, photo booth, cocktail tables, display tables, and holiday décor already in place.

In other words: Less schlepping. More celebrating.

A Holiday Feast Worth Leaving the Office For

‘Tis not the season for a sad tray of wraps. Build your celebration around a grazing table, passed hors d’oeuvres, cocktail-style dinner, buffet, family-style feast, or seated meal.

Our sample holiday menu includes things like:

Raw bar. Crab croquettes. Lamb meatballs with fig and jalapeño jam. Rosemary-roasted sirloin with wild mushroom cream sauce. Cider-brined pork loin with sautéed apples. Truffled mushroom pasta. Apple cider donut sundaes. Whiskey cake with bourbon caramel.

Much better.

Menus are customizable, with options for everything from an elegant cocktail party to a full holiday dinner.

Our bar program is led by Black Walnut Farm owner Sarah Tracey- Certified Sommelier, mixologist, and drinks contributor to Martha Stewart.

Friday + Saturday

$550/hour, 5-hour minimum

$450/hour, 4-hour minimum

A 15% service fee applies to venue rental. Food and beverage packages are additional.
